Robert Wiener, Executive Director, California Coalition for Rural Housing
Since 1981, Dr. Robert Wiener has been the Executive Director of the California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH), the oldest state low-income housing coalition in the U.S. Under his leadership, CCRH has played a major role in federal and state housing policy and program efforts to support the production of new rental housing, self-help housing, farm labor housing, housing preservation, and other areas of housing provision.
Larry Florin, CEO, Burbank Housing
Larry Florin is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Burbank Housing. Its mission is to build communities and to provide quality affordable housing for the residents of Napa and Sonoma County. Most recently Mr. Florin was the Director of Housing and Government Affairs for Napa County where he was responsible for administering the county’s Affordable Housing Programs and overseeing the County’s Housing Authority, Economic and Community Development activities as well as government and legislative affairs. Mr. Florin has a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the State University of New York.
