Its mission is to build communities and to provide quality affordable housing for the residents of Napa and Sonoma County. Most recently Mr. Florin was the Director of Housing and Government Affairs for Napa County where he was responsible for administering the county’s Affordable Housing Programs and overseeing the County’s Housing Authority\, Economic and Community Development activities as well as government and legislative affairs.
